- Please make sure that the codes have at least 3 to 5 days left before they expire.
- If the code/s have 1 day left before they expire, please let me know ASAP.
- If requesting to print multiple pictures from one catalog, mark the pictures that you want me to print and indicate the quantity and size.
- Please be very clear with your requests to avoid misprints and multiple trips for reprinting. I usually don't charge for misprints so please be careful.

If the local Japan sf is not included in the base price which is the case for websites such as Animate, Toranoana, BOOTH, Stellaworth, Surugaya, etc., I will have to double check and send you a price quote.
I live in Nagoya so I can mostly go to shops or events around there.
I travel to Tokyo from time to time so if the event's dates line up with my stay there, I can assist you.
Onsite requests incur a different proxy fee. Please message me with your request/s.

🌸 How to order
- Send me the link of the item that you want to purchase. If you cannot provide the link, please send me the item's picture.
- Wait for my price quote.
- If you wish to proceed, please send me your payment. Afterwards, I will secure your order/s within the day. Latest is in the afternoon of the next day.
- Full payment upon ordering.
- Downpayment only applies when the shop does not charge upon check-out. In this case, 50% of the full amount is required upon ordering. The remaining balance must be settled on or before the agreed due date (2 weeks before the ship-out date.
- There will be no discounts unless the shop has a discount event ongoing.
🌸 ARRIVAL TIME
- Japan Shops (arrival in Japan):
- Pre-order items - within 1 week after the release date
- In stock items / Mercari - 3 to 7 days
- Japan to Philippines
- The boxes are always shipped via Japan Post EMS and on some occasions, via UPS. They arrived in the Philippines 5 to 7 days after they have been dispatched from Japan.
- An added 5 days is usually allotted for customs processing and delivery to the local post office.
- I will schedule local shipments within 1 week of the box's release from customs.

🌸THINGS TO NOTE:
- I have no control over shipping fees as I am not a courier. If you have complaints as to why your shipping fee is expensive despite not having a lot of items, please contact the courier instead. Please also understand that couriers have different rates per area. Just because your parcel is light or small, does not automatically mean that your shipping fee is comparable to those with light parcels living within Metro Manila.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- Can you consolidate my items?
- I can hold your items for 2 months free of charge. After that, I will only hold your items for an additional 30 days with a 50PHP fee. If your item remains unclaimed beyond that, it will be disposed or decluttered.
- Where are you based?
- I live in Nagoya, Japan. After the items arrive in the Philippines, my family helps me sort and ship them.
- Why is your pasabuy rate different from other shops?
- I have my own set of expenses that the fees cover (train/bus fares going to the shops, Japan local sf, packing materials, international shipping fee, website payment fees, taxes, withdrawal fees, etc.)
- I don't use SEA cargo. I either use EMS or UPS and these two shipping methods have a significantly higher shipping fee compared to SEA. In case there are added import taxes, I usually don't ask for any additional payments and cover them out of pocket.
- If you wish to only pay for the currency rate base price, please use a company forwarding service instead.
